| Growing up in a mexican family I got a lot of attention from my Grandfather. I shared his love of photography, and amongs other things we shared the same looking nose too!! As cool and awesome as my parents were, I had to go out an be different, travel down my own road and crash and burn a couple times. No wonder I was branded the "Black Sheep" of my family. But I found out that making pictures made more sense to me than adding numbers. I've set out to create pictures that have a feeling to them. My work conveys a sense of place. It allows you to view life as you have lived it, or better yet, as you aspire to live it. |
